Processing flow for CNC parts
Analyze the drawing of the product → Make process → Programming → Debug machine → CNC machining → Inspection → Sand blast → Anodizing → Final inspection → Packaging → delivery

Processing flow for Springs
Wire rod → Molding → Heat  treatment → Inspection → Plating → Final Inspection → Packaging → Delivery
There is no need to do the plating for Stainless steel screws. When special treatments is required, secondary processing might be needed after heat treatment.
 

Processing flow for Screws
Wire rod → cold forging → cleaning → Inspection → Threading → Inspection → Heat treatment (if applicable) → Mechanical
There is no need to do the heat treatment and plating for Stainless steel screws
If the screw have cosmetic or special requirements, then the coating or gluing is required after plating.
